Quick answer
Compare the received item with the exact option you ordered. Check identity and visible damage first, request useful measurements where needed, and resolve problems before international dispatch.
Separate listing photos from warehouse photos
Listing photos illustrate the advertised product. Warehouse QC photos should show the item received for a particular order. The images in this directory are listing images unless explicitly labelled otherwise. Photos alone cannot prove composition, long-term durability or authenticity.
Check the basics first
Match the color, model, size label and included accessories to your order. Look for stains, damage, missing pieces and obvious asymmetry. For shoes, compare both sides and soles. For clothing, inspect seams, collar, cuffs and visible print placement.
Use the detail checks for the type of item you are comparing: Footwear details · Accessory dimensions and moving parts
Use measurements to resolve uncertainty
A size label is not a measurement. If the fit matters, request a photograph showing the relevant dimensions with a measuring tape. Specify what you need, such as chest width laid flat or insole length, rather than asking for a generic extra photo.
Make the decision while options remain
Keep your order reference and describe each concern precisely. Check the current return deadline, seller conditions and any photo or service fees. Ask for clarification before approving international shipping if an issue remains unresolved.
Turn a concern into a photo request
A useful request names the item, the missing detail and the view needed. For a hoodie whose size is uncertain, ask for the chest measured flat from armpit to armpit with the tape visible. For shoes, ask for both heels and soles in the same lighting if the standard images hide one side. For a suspected stain, identify its location and request a close-up beside a wider image so its scale is clear.
Compare the reply with your saved order option, not only the seller’s promotional image. If the requested angle is still missing, say exactly what remains unanswered. Keep the original image, any follow-up image and the order reference together for a support request.
- State one observable issue per request.
- Ask for a scale or measuring tape when dimensions matter.
- Decide before approving the international parcel.
Before you move on
- Match colour, model, size label and quantity to the order.
- Look at both sides, seams, fasteners and included parts.
- Request a measured photo when fit remains uncertain.
- Save the order number and pictures for any support request.
A few details to clear up
Can QC photos prove authenticity or durability?
Pictures can show visible details. They cannot establish hidden materials, authenticity or how the product will perform over time.
What makes an extra photo useful?
A precise request such as a laid-flat chest measurement or a close-up of the damaged seam is more useful than an unspecified extra picture.
How to use this checklist
This is an editorial product-research checklist. Measurements, images and current listing details need to be checked for the specific item you select.
For an order, payment, return or parcel enquiry, use the support channel of the service handling it. This directory does not manage those records.
